Optics
Wide field (18mm) 10x eyepieces
DIN Plan Achromat Objectives, parfocal,
parcentered, color coded. No cover glass required.
-
5x Plan
-
10x Plan, NA 0.25 (8.9 mm working distance)
-
20x Plan, NA 0.40 (8.7 mm wd)
-
40xr Plan, NA 0.65 (3.7 mm wd)
The large working distances of the objectives through 40x allow for the
inspection of irregular as well as smooth surfaces at magnifications through
400x.
Objectives mounted on quadruple, ball bearing nosepiece with positive click
stops. Durable, wide rubber grip on turret makes switching objectives
fast and easy.
With the 10x eyepieces, total magnifications of 50x, 100x, 200x, and 400x
are achieved with the model 3035 metallurgical.
Illumination
