Built-In Mechanical Stage

On most student microscopes, to move the slide, you simply poke it with your finger.

The Student Pro features a built-in mechanical stage that moves the slide for you with professional accuracy. Since it is a built-in stage, the controls for it drop down beneath the stage, convenient to the focus controls. As a result, all of your microscope controls (focus, light dimmer, iris lever, and stage controls) are right where you can easily find them, allowing you to keep your eyes on your specimen.
