In 1996, when GreatScopes became one of the first half-dozen or so microscope dealers on the newfangled "world wide web", we committed ourselves to education as much as anything. We were offering great scopes at great prices, and the response was positive. All we knew was that people, from homeschoolers to hobbyists, were looking for something much better than what they could buy at toy and discount stores around town.

People wanted quality instruments, with good clear optics, like those being used in High Schools and Universities across the country. And they wanted an honest and fair price, without buying hundreds of scopes like the schools districts do.

Almost 30 years later, thousands of people, companies, and institutions from Anchorage to Zephyr Hills have put their trust in GreatScopes. They haven't been disappointed.
